There are no current, active plans for a return of this historic race. Informally, the Mt Washington Auto Road and the Sports Car Club of NH have talked about a POSSIBLE return to racing in 2017. So that’s our best info on when the race may be contested again. Stay tuned for any further details. We’ll continue to post things we think you might like in the meantime.

Now billed as one of the oldest motorsports events in the United States, the Climb to the Clouds was first run in 1904, seven years before the first 500-mile race at the Brickyard in Indianapolis and 12 years prior to the inaugural Pikes Peak Hillclimb in Colorado.
